Pricing
The app is free to download and a lot of it stays free. What you buy, you buy once, and it follows your account.
What is free
The app is free to download, and you can use a great deal of it without paying:
- GPS tracking, the recovery log, and the service PT test plans: the AFT, USMC CFT, Navy PRT and Air Force PT.
- The land nav tools: pace count, topo maps and printing a map. (The plotting range and the Land Nav drills open with the Land Nav school.)
- Every lesson in five Learn schools: Casualty Care, Staying in the Fight, Survival, Marksmanship and the SFRE school.
- The first two lessons of every other Learn school, and the first two weeks of every program, so you can see what you would be buying.
Learn schools
Some Learn schools are bought on their own. Each is one payment, and it unlocks every lesson in that school.
| School | What it covers | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Land Nav | Map, compass, pace count, and finding a point in the dark, with the school’s drills. | $9.99 |
| SOCM | Prolonged casualty care, triage and the special operations medic’s frameworks. | $14.99 |
| Knots & Rigging | The knots the mountain, air assault and sapper courses test. | $7.99 |
| SIFT | Trainers, flashcards and a mock battery for the SIFT, the aviation aptitude test. | $4.99 |
| All Learn schools | Every paid Learn school above. | $29.99 |
Radios & Reports and Battle Drills come with any pipeline or bundle you buy. The four basic-training schools (Basic Training, Marine Recruit Training, Navy Boot Camp and Air Force BMT) come with the Basic Training bundle. A school unlocks if you own any product that includes it, so you never pay for the same thing twice.
Pipelines and bundles
What you buy for training is a pipeline, not a single plan, and you buy it once. Unlocking SFAS opens every program SFAS recommends, along with the Learn schools that go with it. A plan that several pipelines recommend unlocks with any one of them. The four shipping-to-basic pipelines are sold together as the Basic Training bundle, and the officer-commissioning pipelines (OCS, WOCS and OTS) as the Commissioning bundle. Each pipeline has its price in the app and in the store.
Unlock everything
One purchase, $69.00, opens every pipeline and every Learn school. It never includes the AI coach.
The AI coach
The one subscription is the optional AI coach: $4.99 a month or $25.99 a year. It is bought in the app, it is separate from everything above, and nothing else in Lensatic needs it.
Where to buy, and how it follows you
You can buy in the app, or on the website at lensatic.fit/store. Either way the purchase belongs to your Lensatic account, so it is there on your phone and on the website once you sign in. Buying again is never needed: Restore Purchases in the app brings back what you own.
If you joined during the beta, your pipelines stay unlocked for life. The details are in the FAQ on the home page.
Questions
Is any of this a subscription?
Only the AI coach. Pipelines, bundles, Learn schools and Unlock everything are one-time purchases.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in the circumstances on the refund policy. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their own rules.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. A purchase is attached to your Lensatic account so it follows you between your phone and the website. Make the account in the app, or in the web app on a computer, and then sign in to the store with the same email and password.
Are these the prices I will pay?
These are US prices. Outside the US, and wherever tax applies, the App Store, Google Play or the website shows your price in your currency before you buy, and that is the price you pay.
