The AI Coach

An optional subscription that explains the findings the app has already worked out. It never sets your targets and never adds a number of its own.

What it does

After a session, a land nav course, a PT test, your four-week review, or a change to your plan, the coach writes a short note, two paragraphs, about what the app found. It explains the numbers in plain language and says what is worth paying attention to.

It works only from the findings the app has already worked out on your phone. It never sets your targets, never adds a figure of its own, and never replaces what is on screen: the findings themselves are free for everyone. The coach explains them; it does not unlock them.

What it will not do

• It is training commentary, not medical advice. It does not diagnose anything and it does not clear you to train.
• It writes up to two notes a day. A note that fails the app’s own check before you see it is thrown away and does not count toward your two.
• It is written by an AI model, so it can be incomplete or wrong. The numbers the app calculated are the reference, not the note.

Your data

The app asks your permission before it sends anything. Each time it writes a note, the app sends our server the findings it has already calculated for that session, test or plan change, such as your pace, your time in each heart-rate zone, or last night’s sleep, with a short background so the note can put them in context. Anthropic never receives your name, email address or account. Our server checks that you are signed in and subscribed, passes the findings to Anthropic’s Claude to write the note, and keeps no copy of what it sent or got back. Anthropic does not train on what the coach sends. Exactly what is sent, and how long anything is kept, is in the privacy policy.

Price

$4.99 a month or $25.99 a year, cancelled any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. It is the one subscription in Lensatic, it is bought in the app, and it is separate from every pipeline and Learn school: nothing else needs it, and no purchase includes it, because every note it writes costs money to produce.
