Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective 29 September 2026
This policy explains how Deadlift Digital LLC handles consumer health data in the Lensatic app and at lensatic.fit, as Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s consumer health data law require, and as Connecticut law provides. It applies to residents of those states, and to anyone whose consumer health data is collected in them. Our general Privacy Policy covers everything else.

On your phone
The app processes consumer health data on your phone to show you your own training: heart rate, workouts and their measurements, check-ins (sleep, soreness, energy, resting heart rate), aches and your answers about them, sleep from a tracker, weight and body-fat readings, daily nutrition totals, and what you log in the app’s food log. That data stays on your phone, and we never receive it, unless one of the features below sends it.
What reaches us
Consumer health data reaches our servers, or the service providers that process it for us, only through features you choose:
- Cloud backup, which is on while you are signed in to a Lensatic account.
- The AI coach, if you subscribe and agree to it in the app.
- Set sharing, if you switch it on (United States and its territories only).
- Leaderboards, if you turn them on, which show a few weekly totals to other users.
What we collect, and why
- Heart rate recorded with your activities, including workouts read from Apple Health or Health Connect — backed up with each activity so your history can be restored; and heart rate and time in each heart-rate zone, sent to the AI coach so it can write its paragraph.
- Exercise and activity measurements — distance, pace, elevation, duration, calorie estimates, sets, reps and loads, and fitness-test and assessment results — backed up so your history can be restored, and sent as findings to the AI coach.
- Body measurements — your age, sex, height, weight, goal weight and maximum-heart-rate setting — backed up so calorie estimates and test scoring work on a new phone.
- Sleep — last night’s sleep and the past week’s sleep against your usual, sent to the AI coach only. Your sleep history is never backed up.
- Aches and injuries — an ache’s body part, side and severity, how long it has been logged, and your answers about it (such as night pain, numbness, or whether you can put weight on it), sent to the AI coach only. Your notes are never sent, and your ache log is never backed up.
- Weekly training totals — your miles this week, miles under a pack and streak of days trained, shown to other signed-in users if you turn on leaderboards.
- Motion traces — the accelerometer and gyroscope trace of a set, sent through set sharing to build and test the rep counter, and used for nothing else. Shared sets are stored without your name, account, location or any identifier, and we will not try to find out who recorded them.
We use this data only to provide these features to you.
Where it comes from
- You — what you enter, such as weigh-ins, test results and aches
- Your phone’s sensors, and the Lensatic Apple Watch app
- Bluetooth heart-rate straps you connect
- Apple Health or Health Connect, if you allow it, including data that watches and other apps write to them
Who receives it
We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with data brokers or other businesses. We have no affiliates. Other Lensatic users see only the weekly totals above, and only if you turn on leaderboards. These service providers process it for us, only to provide the features above, under contracts that limit what they may do with it:
- Supabase — stores cloud backup and calculates leaderboards
- Cloudflare — runs our servers for the AI coach and set sharing
- Anthropic — writes the AI coach’s paragraphs, if you subscribe
We may also disclose it where the law requires, such as in response to a valid court order. No third party collects consumer health data about your activity over time or across other websites or apps through Lensatic.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and get a copy of it;
- get a list of every third party and affiliate we have shared it with, with their contact details;
- review and correct it — most of it you can edit yourself in the app;
- withdraw your consent — sign out, turn off the AI coach, turn off leaderboards, or stop set sharing in the app, or ask us; and
- have it deleted, including by our service providers and, within six months, from backups.
How to make a request. In the app, Profile → Danger Zone → Delete account deletes your account and everything backed up to it immediately. For anything else, email [email protected] from the email address on your Lensatic account, so we can confirm the request is yours; if you signed in with Apple and hid your email address, write from any address and include your username, and we will confirm it another way. Shared sets carry nothing that identifies you, so they can be deleted only from the app, using the receipts it keeps on your phone.
We respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, we will tell you why within those 45 days, and take no more than 45 days more. Requests are free.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by emailing [email protected] with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond in writing within 45 days, with our reasons. If we deny your appeal, you can contact your state attorney general: Washington, Nevada, or Connecticut.
Our commitments
- We do not sell consumer health data.
- We do not use geofences around places where people receive health care.
- Access to consumer health data is limited to the people who need it to provide the features above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. We will tell you in the app or by email before a material change takes effect, and we will ask for your consent before collecting a new category of consumer health data or using it for a new purpose.
